c) In the case that the bidder promises to provide products and services under the contract but actually bidder does not produce them, the bidder has been authorized by the manufacturer to provide products and services in China on behalf of the manufacturer. The bidder shall provide the original Letter of Authority from Manufacturer in accordance with the bidding form.

3）在投标人承诺提供合同项下产品和服务而实际上投标人自己并不生产的情况下，投标人已被供货商授权代表供货商在中国境内提供产品和服务，投标人应按照投标格式提供主要设备制造商出具的授权函正本及制造商资格声明；
