1. The Anhui Tiantangzhai Investment Co., Ltd. has received[1] funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Tiantangzhai-(Anhui-Province, China) Biodiversity Preservation Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract [2] for Procurement of Exhibits.
2. CMC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Agent”), authorized and on behalf of Anhui Tiantangzhai Investment Co., Ltd (the “Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Exhibits (“the Goods”) and related services.

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
1).For domestic bidder and Manufacturer only: a copy of their Business License issued by Administration for Industry and Commerce, PRC. For foreign bidder and Manufacturer only: a copy of their Business License issued by the appropriate authority in their home countries.
2). Audited Financial Statements including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement for the last three years (2018-2020) for the Bidder and the manufacture(s), if the bidder is not a manufacturer. If the Bidder’s/Manufacturer’s home country does not have in place a system/practice for submitting audited financial statements, such Bidders/Manufacturers should submit the Financial Statements attested or authenticated by appropriate authority in their home countries.
3). Summary Sheet of Contract accomplished by the Bidder ever since the last five years (2016-2020) prior to the deadline for bid submission (See Section 4, Bidding Forms)
4). Summary Sheet of the Bidder’s Pending Claims, Arbitration and Litigation for the last three years (2018-2020) prior to the deadline for bid submission. (See Section 4, Bidding Forms)
5). Sales record of the proposed goods of Manufacturer ever since the last five years (2016-2020) prior to the deadline for bid submission. (See Section 4, Bidding Forms)
6). Valid collection certificate of specimen.
7). A Copy of the License of the Wild Animal Management and Processing or an administrative license issued by the forestry authority by the bidder or the manufacturer.
3. Interested eligible bidders wishing to participate bid are requested to register free of charge at the China General tendering Network (www.china-tender.com.cn) from July 14, 2021 till August 24, 2021 (Beijing Time) upon non-refundable payment of RMB 2000.00 or Euro250.00 for each set of Bidding Documents. After completing the purchase application on China General tendering Network, bidders can download the bidding documents after payment is completed in accordance with the instructions.

5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods.
6. Bids must be delivered to 4th Floor, Shouke Plaza, No. 14, Xisanhuan South Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, China on or before 9:30 AM on 25 August 2021 and must be accompanied by bid security of two (2) % of the total bid price
7. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 9:30 AM on 25 August 2021 at the offices of 4th Floor, Shouke Plaza, No. 14, Xisanhuan South Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, China.
8. Qualification criteria are as follows: A minimum number of procurement of goods contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as Supplier, or joint venture member, between 1st January 2016 and application submission deadline: 2 contracts financed by foreign government loan or financed by International Financial Organization Loan or overseas project, each of minimum value Euro 0.6 million.
