INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

Liupanshui Municipal Agricultural Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “Tender”) has applied for and received a Israel Government Loan from the Ministry of Finance of The People’s Republic of China towards Kiwi Planting Base Project of Liupanshui, and the Tender intends to apply all the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the Contract for which these Bidding Document is issued.
CMC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “CITC”) entrusted by the Tender now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of equipment and services specified hereinafter for the Procurement of Kiwi Planting Base of Liupanshui (details as per Volume II Technical Part of Bidding Document). Bidders should quote the whole package of the above goods.
Interested eligible bidders are kindly requested to contact CITC for obtaining Bidding Document between 9:00 a.m. -- 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m. -- 4:00 p.m. in Room 1104 of Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan Zhonglu, Fengtai District, Beijing from April 1, 2016 to April 11, 2016 (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excepted), upon non-refundable payment of CNY 15,000.00 or USD 2,500.00 for one set of the Bidding Document. The posting fee is CNY600.00 for domestic recipient or USD100.00 for international recipient.
CITC and the Tender will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of strictly not less than two percent (2%) of total bid price, and must: be delivered in person to the following address at or before 10:00 AM on April 27, 2016 (Beijing Time). Personally delivered bids received after this date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Bids will be opened on April 27, 2016 at 10:00 AM in Room 303 of the Genertec Plaza in Beijing.
